Dr Ingrid Lynch is an independent research consultant and Research Fellow at Rhodes University, South Africa. She has over 15 years’ experience in equity-oriented public health research in low- and middle-income country contexts. Her work focuses on integrating gender, social inclusion, and human-rights lenses into research, policy, and implementation. She has led work on strengthening gender equality and social inclusion across the antimicrobial resistance (AMR) research continuum and is lead author of the ICARS- and IDRC-supported practice brief, Practical Pathways to Integrating Gender and Equity Considerations in Antimicrobial Resistance Research.
